Robbie Williams, the globally acclaimed British pop star, is returning to Budapest as part of his highly anticipated ‘Live 2025’ world tour. Scheduled for 12 September 2025, the concert at the MVM Dome will showcase Williams’ iconic hits alongside music from his upcoming biographical film, Better Man. Spanning seventeen countries, the tour will launch on 31 May in Edinburgh and will cover destinations across Europe, including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Sweden, as confirmed by the concert promoter Live Nation.
Better Man, the biographical film directed by Michael Gracey, is set for release on 26 December in Hungary, with its soundtrack becoming available digitally on 27 December. This film provides a personal account of Williams’ journey, from his childhood and early days as the youngest member of Take That to his evolution into a record-breaking solo artist. Known for his wit and lively charisma, Williams’ narrative in Better Man explores the challenges of fame and success.
Williams, no stranger to breaking records, has established himself as a powerhouse in live music. His 2006 world tour achieved a remarkable milestone, selling over 1.6 million tickets in just one day, and his three-night performance at Knebworth attracted 375,000 fans, setting an attendance record.
Williams last performed in Budapest in March 2023 during his ‘XXV’ European tour at the Budapest Sports Arena, following his previous appearances at the Groupama Arena in 2017 and the Sziget Festival in 2015. Over the course of his solo career, Williams has released twelve studio albums, selling approximately 60 million albums and 11 million singles worldwide. Six of his albums have earned a spot on the UK’s all-time top 100 best-selling albums list.
This upcoming concert promises to be a highlight for fans, combining timeless favourites with fresh releases from Better Man, bringing his vibrant stage presence back to the Hungarian capital.
